As we provide customized digital design services (non-physical products), refunds are generally not available once the design process has started.

How long does it take to complete a design?

Depending on the complexity, basic designs are usually completed within 1–3 days, while more complex projects may take 3–7 days or longer.

Are revisions included? How many revisions can I request?

Yes, revisions are included. The number depends on the package: Basic (1 revision), Standard (3 revisions), Premium (unlimited revisions).

What materials do I need to provide?

You need to provide a project brief, brand materials (such as logo and colors), reference examples, and text content to help us better understand your needs.

Do I own the copyright after the design is completed?

Yes, once the project is completed and approved, the final design copyright belongs to you. We will not reuse or resell your custom design
